RAW RICE AND MANGO APPLE CHUTNEY

Raw Rice: 1 jicama, 1 lemon – juice and zest, 1 cauliflower, 1/4 red onion – finely chopped, 1 bunch parsley – chopped, 1 c. olive oil, sea salt – to taste, 1/2 c. sprouted sunflower seeds.

Mango Apple Chutney: 1 large mango – diced, 3 green apples – chopped, 1 c. diced red onion, 1 c. shredded coconut, 1/4 tsp. cayenne powder, 2 tsp. allspice, pinch of sea salt, 1 tsp. cardamom, 2 Tbl. agave nectar, 1 tsp. turmeric, 2 tsp. lemon juice.
