This is a delicious and versatile appetizer or salad! Pretty in a bowl, but amazing stuffed in an avocado shell or on a bed of your favorite greens. This is a show stopper! Not only in beauty, but taste.


12 strawberries, sliced
3 avocados, diced into bite sized cubes
1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded diced into bit size cubes
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup  olive oil
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds,  soaked, 4 hours rinsed and drained
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
1 whole jalapeno, deseed, finely minced


Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss gently. Serve immediately.
